Armonia Retreat Recap: Cyprus 2025

We just wrapped up the second Armonia Retreat—and my heart is full.

This past weekend in Cyprus, we gathered again in community, reflection, and connection. Each person brought something so real. And together, we created something that felt deeply nourishing.

There’s something powerful that happens when people give themselves permission to pause. To slow down. To listen inward. To meet others without masks.

Over three days, we shared movement, stillness, ocean views, nourishing food, deep breaths, and honest conversations. We journaled. We stretched. We rested. We reflected. We remembered who we are beneath the roles and routines.

From morning movement to sunset talks, everything was curated with intention—and held in a space that felt both grounding and expansive.

And that’s really the heart of Armonia. It’s not about doing more. It’s about coming home to yourself.

What Made This Retreat Special

  • The Location: We returned to Nissi Beach Resort, surrounded by beauty and peace.

  • The Community: A group of open-hearted people from different paths, each ready to reflect and reconnect.

  • The Flow: No rigid schedule. Just soft structure, meaningful practices, and space to explore inwardly and together.

  • The Support: From my wonderful team and collaborators to my family members and the resort staff—everything flowed with ease and care.

  • The Energy: Light, warm, and real. People cried, laughed, danced, rested. That’s the kind of freedom we hope to always hold space for.

Wellness Tips Inspired by the Retreat

Here are a few simple practices we leaned into together—small things you can bring into your own daily life:

1. Take a 3-breath pause.
Whenever things feel overwhelming, stop and take three slow breaths. Feel your body. Return to now.

2. Let your morning be gentle.
Instead of reaching for your phone, sit with your thoughts, stretch, or journal. Give yourself 10 minutes before rushing into the day.

3. Connect offline.
We created deep connection at the retreat without distractions. Try meeting someone (or yourself) without screens for a while.

4. Don’t wait to feel “ready.”
Growth starts with small steps. One question. One walk. One page in a journal. One honest moment.

5. Rest is a practice, not a luxury.
Make space for quiet moments—midday tea, lying on the floor, doing nothing. You don’t need to earn rest.

What’s Next?

Armonia is growing—and I’m learning alongside it. There’s so much more I want to create.

More spaces like this. More slow moments. More honest conversations. More intentional living.

💛 Until next time, keep breathing, keep reflecting, keep becoming.
